Do you guys know why your stuttering worsen sometimes?

Do you guys know why your stuttering worsen sometimes? Hi. Lately my stuttering really worsened. It's maybe 3 times worse than just 2 weeks ago. I'm not sure what happened and I'm trying to pinpoint what changed in my life style for my stuttering to worsen so suddenly. The only thing that drastically changed lately is that I'm drinking tap water now, instead of mineral water. But does that correlation even make sense? Could be a coincidence. I'm curious if you guys have those times when your stuttering worsen so bad once you undergo something new or when you change your life style?
