Interesting! How frequent is (was) your stutter pre-medication? I am also in my early 30's. I have stuttered all of my life, and although it is much more controlled now, it still inhibits me from smooth and comfortable talking. It rears its ugly head mostly when I'm trying to tell a story to people I'm not 100% comfortable with, or while talking on a radio (walkie, pager, flight radio, etc.). I've considered consulting with a doctor about some anti-anxiety meds, but have always thought those were for people who have their daily lives crippled by their stutter.
