Don't fall into absurd relationships like many stutterers do, thinking: 'I haven't stuttered today.' 'Why haven’t I done it?' 'Is it because of what I ate, exercise, etc.?' No, stuttering goes in cycles; it doesn't matter what you do; nothing will improve it. You can only improve how you perceive yourself, as well as methods to reduce perceived stress, which is basically achieved by improving your lifestyle (physical exercise, healthy eating, hobbies, a good work-life balance, etc.). This will make you feel good. When you feel good, stuttering affects you less. When it affects you less, you’re more relaxed, and that is communicated to others.
