Antidepressants didn't help, benzos took away the anxiety but didn't improve speech, lamotrigine didn't help, pregabalin worked awesome for anxiety but didn't improve speech, antipsychotics didn't help, amphetamines made me stutter more. I've tried LOTS of psychiatric medications, supplements, nootropics and sadly none touched my speech significantly 😭 but speech isn't the reason I'm taking them. Some of them helped/still help me a lot. Just not with speech. But don't get discouraged by my experience. For some people they can help with speech. Sadly I'm not one of them, but if you don't try, you'll never know! Go see a doctor and see what they're gonna say.
