Fluency in Solitude

Fluency in Solitude I think we can all mostly agree we don't stutter in front of our pets or when we're alone basically. This leads me to believe it's 100 percent mental. If this is the case, it also leads me to believe that an undiscovered medication lay in wait. Am i being totally obtuse?
