I haven't read it, but I'm always interested by people who have their stutter become their life (even for a while). I suppose it's similar to someone with a sick relative or a rare disease who then becomes a doctor. Do you think embracing stuttering in that way is healthy/helpful? For me, I've always been told by people in my life to just ignore it like you'd ignore... a missing incisor, or something. It's not perfect but there's nothing you can really do about it without expending tons of money so why worry about it when you should just live your life and not let it stop you from achieving anything? They think it's unnecessary for me to talk or think about my stutter.
