My stuttering has become worse and im absolutely sick of it Im not sure what triggered it, but lately my stuttering has become way worse then is was before. When i was a kid i got help to make my stuttering better and it helped. Im 27 now and the last couple of month its been worse than it was my whole adult life. Sometimes i just don't want to put the energy in to explain something because i know it will take an eternity for me to make a sentence. I have to do a presentation for my bachelor's degree in a couple of days and really not looking forward to it. I know i have to do it and will do it. Anyone has had the same experience in their life and can give me any tips or advice? Im not sure how to fix this and absolutely don't know how to deal with it right now :(
