If you think that anxiety is contributing I would suggest looking into Lexapro, Xanax, or Propanolol in combination with Buspar. Propanolol is a beta blocker that blocks adrenaline so that you are less nervous in stressful situations. Buspar is an anti-anxiety medication as is Xanax.
