I agree, the more unconscious (deep rooted) the thought is, the harder it is to remove. But which thought triggers our stutter? The answer is: This thought: "I look for a letter to stutter on". Every person is different, if this stutter expectation is not deep rooted, then 'ignoring' this thought works but for others it doesn't work because they need to make the thought from unconscious to conscious in order to deal with it. Do you agree?
