A few words is a very good start. I would recommend to continue doing this, but do it in baby steps. Each time, try to talk just a little bit more. You need to "stretch yourself" just the right amount so there is a balance here you need to find. Over time, you will have stretched yourself quite far and when you look back to the first video, you will probably be amazed of the difference :) Btw, you might be able to read aloud alone fluently, be fluent when you whisper, and you are probably fluent if you talk to animals or kids. If you are fluent in any of these places, talk as much as you can.
