Been looking into supplements for anxiety around speaking situations. Tried ashwagandha alone first and noticed a difference after about three weeks with my overall tension. Started taking MEO Nutrition Ashwagandha at 655mg daily and the black pepper helps with absorption. Combined it with L-theanine and honestly felt way less keyed up before presentations. Might be worth experimenting with the combo if you're dealing with stress-related stuttering.
