I replied to another comment with what I think caused it but here it is again. I was bullied pretty heavily from 14-16. At first I could deal with it but then it got so bad that I got made fun of for anything I said or did. So I didn't talk or do anything while I was that this organization and their summer camp. I left it for my own good, but when it came time to be human again and make new friends, this stutter came out. That's what I think caused it but I can't be 100% sure.
