Hey, I just stumbled upon this post and have already watched his videos. Can relate so much because I too don't tend to stutter that much on the days I'm extremely busy. But, is focusing on other areas of life is the only way to get out of it? As you mentioned, I'm obsessed with the perfect fluent speech. What should i do every time when the thought comes up "meeting/presentation tomorrow, omg I'm gonna stutter and mess it up all again, as always, gonna be so embarrassing" do i totally negate it straightaway in mind? Like "doesn't matter, fluency is not important anymore anyway, getting my message across is" will this eventually lessen the tension I have? Because some days, I'm constantly thinking about it, and how to stop thinking about it lol
