Job advice?

Job advice? I'm a recent college grad, moderate stutterer, having a hell of a hard time finding a job. I got a call back about an account executive position that involves routine cold calling. Not only that but the calls are actively watched by a 'coach' and then that person provides feedback after the call on how to improve. I cant get the scenario out of my head of him or her just being like "umm, maybe don't stutter so much?". Has anyone had relatable experiences? Thoughts? Advice?
