On serious note though. I take people at their intent. My friends who would be the first to stick up for me are allowed to poke fun at me. But anyone with the wrong intent, You have to have zero tolerance for that. Maybe you will get yelled at. Confrontation is still communication. People get defensive about being called out on bad behaviour but I bet they'll think twice next time. You will be treated as poorly as you allow people to treat you
