Likely not. I'm 37 and still stutter, but not as severely and it doesn't fluctuate as hard. At least in my experience, you're kinda in the hell phase for this. What's important to learn, and it's not easy, is that your stutter is with you for life and accepting that is the road to not caring about it. Good luck man.
