smile. :D Seriously, for some strange odd reason whenever I smile my stammer seems to disappear. It must be a confidence thing, but it helps not only with interviews but with talking to women on the street, having conversations, and just everything. Plus when you smile, you sound happier and you bring a smile to other people's faces.
