Exactly. It’s a lose-lose situation. If you’re completely silent, you come off as the weird creep who never says anything and everyone treats you like a freak and avoids you. If you DO talk, you make everyone uncomfortable and ruin the flow of the conversation, making everyone feel awkward so they avoid you. Either way, people want nothing to do with you.
