Took 10g hero does my first time, thinking it's either go hard or go home. The come down made me pretty fluent, but it may have been caused just by reduced anxiety and nervousness. Don't think psychedelics will do anything for your fluency, but I still recommend them for self improvement, or just to have a good time.
