Do you guys think its a bad idea to stop talking?

Do you guys think its a bad idea to stop talking? I used to hang out with friends and family. I used to talk to coworkers and try to find good jobs. Long story short nothing ever came of it and I just ended up exhausted after years of trying to force myself to talk. I still live with my parents but besides them I dont talk to anyone anymore and have a delivery job with zero coworkers. Sometimes I wish I had more money or friends but my motivation has literally disappeared and has been gone for years now.
