I'm happy to share! Honestly my stutter is mild most of the time at this point unless I'm having a really busy week. I also have supportive team members who have never commented on it. I'm quite upfront at this point about it if someone does notice and don't act like it's a big deal so people don't treat it like a big deal. I'm actually one of three docs in my department who stutter. It's helped bring me closer with them too.
