He was supposed to be leader. Don't get me wrong, he did overcome his fear with great commitment. But the leadership was forced on him. He didn't have to persuade any group of people in the army that he is worthy. I on the otherhand need to prove my point to the armed forces that despite my speech impediment I will join the forces and lead your people. I have it in me.
