My story or take on stuttering I have been stuttering all my life and only very recently I have discovered this sub-reddit and I think that it would be appropriate to post my shorter story. I was born into a fairly rich family, not exactly money to burn type rich but rich enough. I am a white male with blond hair and blue eyes, relatively fit, gifted and am going to one of the best schools in Canada. I was raised in a suburban neighborhood with loving parents in the richest city in Canada. However I stutter, I may have every advantage in this world but I stutter. I haven't ever had very many friends none most of the time and I just feel alone. I feel depressed almost every day. I can't stand talking in public I feel like everyone thinks that I'm just stupid and can't even speak right or that I have trouble reading. I don't ever have anyone to talk to, I just feel so alone.
