Thinking that you've already said the word you intend to say, it works for me sometimes, something I've been experimenting lately For example I need to say the word "tomorrow", a word I would occasionally struggle with, I just imagine that I've said the word and focus on the next word immediately e.g "night". Sort of allows you to just momentarily break focus and the word often slides out. Not sure if this will work with others, but give it a shot.
