Do you guys have any tips on how to introduce yourself and talk on the phone while trying not to stutter?

Do you guys have any tips on how to introduce yourself and talk on the phone while trying not to stutter? I'm 23 and have been stuttering as long as I can remember. Every I have to introduce myself or when someone asks me my name I sutter. Every time I talk on the phone I always end up stuttering more than I would if I were talking in person. Do you know of any methods to help and lessen my stutter?
