Well, rather than hurting yourself, you can try this strategy: - if you fell comfortable to speak, than speak. - if not, then write it down. Be confident when you are doing it. For me this approach reduced my speech anxiety and stress 95% :) Try it once or twice and see how you feel after that. And try to start with a gym as well :) it will build your confidence
