We aren't specialist so we cant diagnose you but I learned a few techniques when I was in speech therapy. One's slow and easy speech, where you take it one word at a time. The other one breathing, I don't remember why but I think its because when we think we are gonna stutter, you get filled up with anxiety and sinking feeling. You don't want to stutter but you tend to choke up which causes you to stutter more. Breathing helps to relax your muscles. Breathe through ur nose and then speak on the exhale. I haven't been to speech therapy in many years, so I dont remember the exact details but hope it helps.
