I don't know your situation, but speaking from my own experience, one of the biggest things that helped me was meeting other people who stutter. Stuttering can be seriously isolating, and meeting other people who have experienced the same things helped me in a way that nothing else had before. I dont mean online either. In person. The National Stuttering Association has a list of groups that meet and anyone is welcome to join. Second thing, I decided to choose a career where I can work with and help other people who stutter or who have difficulty communicating and it changed my life in a way that nothing else had; a reason to stay. I won't say that stuttering isn't difficult anymore, cause it is! But it's just a part of who I am, and it does get better.
