The point is stuttering isn't what's making you feel like shit. If you stuttered without struggle, hard blocks, tension, anxiety, fear, or shame then it wouldn't be such an issue. You need to learn you can stutter comfortably and communicate how you want WHILE stuttering. It's not a pipe dream. (as a result you'll probably stutter less because you'll be more comfortable with stuttering).
