Focus on finding people with whom you have shared interests.  If that means broadening your interests, all the better.  In terms of the stutter (mine was pronounced through HS -- it is ROUGH), internally recognize there are aspects of having a stutter that can set you apart from most HS males (assuming).  For instance, you are probably more careful with your words than most and likely a willing listener.  There are people in your school who will appreciate those qualities.
