The main n1 reason of my increase in my stutter/stammering Im 28 years old today (M) and I have a stuttering since the age of 16, my dad and my elder cousin brother also have a stuttering problem but not as severe as mine, During approximately this last 1 year and a half I have noticed that the more time I spend in a screen (TV, computer/laptop and phone) the more my head feels heavy and the more heavy my head is the more I block while speaking to others, then it usually takes between 1-3 days without me spending too much time on the screens for my head to feel light and that's when my stutters reduces to the point of me being able to speak more fluently and clearly. I have tested this several times and every time I stare in screens for long hours my head always gets heavy, its like tension is built and my stuttering gets way severe, I dont wear glasses until now but I might need to go to an optician and get an eye test, I dont know if anyone of You also feels the same. At the end of the day everyone have different reasons for the increase/decrease of their stammering problem
