Don’t define yourself by your stutter. Embrace your weirdness. Begin a hobby or study a topic that is considered weird by many people, e.g. building props from video games, try out LARP, … the point is: by exploring non-mainstream things you become very interesting for other people and you meet a lot of people that are non-mainstream in their own way. I made the experience that people with weird hobbies are much more open for new things and don’t judge people so easily on the usual superficial criteria. Of course you also meet a lot of people that are weird not in a good way, so it’s a double edged sword and no one size fits all solution. I just want to make the point: you are much more than your stutter and by visibly living out your potential you demonstrate this to others that will recognize this. Hope my explanation of my view was understandable! For me at least, this approach worked very well.
