Definitely at its worst in High School. I moved right before High School and never made one friend throughout those 4 years. So I guess the not talking just made my stutter go on a steady decline. I had a decent speech therapist, but she left the school on my sophomore year, then the next one was terrible; I just stopped going. Now that I think of that, she got paid to be a speech therapist when she wasnt even teaching me lol. The strangest thing is that during high school, I had to give a number of presentations. We even had to do a 10 minute speech and project in order to graduate, it was district mandated. I did it perfectly fine. I think I know when I have to get a job done, just to get it done. Besides that, my stutter was terrible. Couldnt even talk to my family. It is still extremely bad in my college years, but I take all online classes and still dont talk to anyone
