This is the exact reason I started my own blog on this -- helloistutter.com -- because nobody was talking about the iceberg on a daily basis. I started realizing that really big parts of my life were driven by stuttering. It might not seem like it at the time, but after a lot of reflection, it all came to light. For example, when I bought my first house. Sure, the average person might not know a few things -- but they'd ask. Was I going to ask? Heck no. So the whole process was muddied and messed up every step of the way. Please stop by the blog if you can and see if you can relate -- I'm just starting to write about the college years ...
