I'd say about 95-99 percent of the time like a normal human being. I don’t think much of the usual reactions. I did have a few stuttering situations at that happened in the last six months. The first two awkward. Two people called in about the same week give or take. The first one a complete jerk. Mocked my stutter from the first set of phone calls to the last. This person is why I joined this subreddit. The second person must have had a TIFU moment, and then profusely apologized for railing on me for my stutter. I felt he was genuine so I let it go. I believe he wasn’t completely aware that he was railing on my stutter and instead of just defaulting to being a jerk. Both of these people could have had their careers ended with one phone call on my end. The third experience... was amazing. I was talking with a fellow stutter that suddenly realized in midconversation that he didn’t need to hide his stutter with me... and then stuttered! It was a ONE OF US movements and it canceled out the first two unpleasant experiences.
