1. Try the 'silly' version of the swear word. That way you get the satisfaction of implying the swear word, plus maybe people will find you funny. 2. Experience that specific anger again and again til the will to fight is spent and all that remains is shame, as you lower your head with a meek "sorry", then give it another go. 3. Try funny noises.
