/u/Stavis thanks for explaining! It's a combination of blocks and repetitions. More-so blocks than anything, then I follow up blocks with filler words like "uh" and "like", which I literally stutter on. In response to Stavis, it's nowhere near as severe as it used to be when I was a child (I'm 21 now). Working in a pizzeria and being in a touring band forces me to not hide from social situations and it helps a ton. :3
