Put on some headphones, face away from your door and start reading a book or something. Tell a friend or family member to walk into the room at some point (3-5 minutes in or whatever). See what happens. Maybe you stutter because you just expect yourself to stutter. Maybe you can be more fluent if you dont have any anxiety about your speech.
