Breathing techniques. Take a big breath before you talk, then talk. Usually helps with flow. Drink water before you speak. Usually good for phone calls or meetings. Environment you in. I find being in smaller rooms or large rooms away from ppl usually helps with the stutter. Find an environment that’s comfortable with you. Sometimes say shorter words. If you struggle really badly, Keep your conversation short.
