The sessions relax you fully then put positive affirming thoughts into your subconscious so that you are creating new memories of being able to say things calmly and clearly. I have subsequently been in positions where I would have had anxiety and have not felt like I normally do - rather I felt calm and relaxed. Definitely recommend
