That pressure comes from your thinking of being perfect , fluent , make a impression -or - fear of what will happen , what if i mess it up , if i block , if they know about my stuttering THIS creates pressure Change your think in positive way and dont go in mindset of doing it perfect and greatly this creates pressure Always calm down yourself and cheer up yourself everytime and aware when you feel block up or stress. That all we dont need anything to be fluent for example when we talk alone , sing , feel relaxed Stuttering is all when go outside and feel that u are not competent or have some disability that create pressure , and pressure creates stuttering
