Did a lot of breathing exercises and reading out loud everyday and my stutter was reduced significantly after that it’s all mental (ex. Anxiety, fear of authority, etc…) breathing helps a lot and also face your fears. You will embarrass yourself for the first couple of times but after that you’ll be surprised by your progress. Just remember this even if you stutter, but if you handle yourself gracefully. I mean by not shutting down after a few blocks, people genuinely don’t care and would want to talk to you more.
