Does anyone else struggle with Blocks when they’re overly excited?

Does anyone else struggle with Blocks when they’re overly excited? I’ve recently noticed that I struggle with stuttering blocks when I get overly excited. It’s really apparent when I have good news to share. I usually run out of breath and have a hard time communicating my thoughts.
