I'm from Pakistan. Graduated in 2020 and have been working in Dubai since. My stammer is so severe that I dont talk in any meetings or calls. I just communicate through messages. I won't lie, the job market is definitely hard and I've been rejected by countless jobs in the interview stage. But a few companies don't care as much. I've been working in my current company for over 5 years now and have been promoted 4 times to SDE 4. While others have become team leads in similar time frame, I'm happy as more of an individual contributor since management isn't really possible with stammer. I do feel issues in day to day job too due to this sometimes but my team has been accommodating and your work has to speak for you. U can't slack off there.
