No way to know until you try. I tried 3 different medications, one seemed to make it a bit worse (it made me more anxious and hence made my stutter worse), one seemed to make it a bit better, but I only took it for 2 days, cuz it messed with my eye sight. The third, the one I am taking now, does not seem to influence, maybe made it 5% better. Anyway, just tell your doctor that this is a concern and if the medication does not work for you, try something else. It's very normal to try a few meds with adhd to find the one that's right for you.
