Ok, I would highly recommend you address your sleep issues, and taper off the social media before bed. You’ll be surprised how much your fluency will improve by getting quality sleep and detoxing from dopamine related activities like social media etc right before bed. I’m guessing your diet must be pretty clean as you’re pretty hardcore with the gym?
