Planning Speech

Planning Speech Hey y’all. Hope your doing well. I just wanted a few suggestions on perhaps how you guys avoid planning your speech. I’ve started to do this a lot when for ex, I need to call a store. I start thinking about it sm that I just don’t even end up calling. Ik that in same cases planned speech can be beneficial but in my case it is making me more and more fearful of my stuttering.
