That's cool, I'll check this out. During a period of time in my life when my stutter was at its minimal, I drank green tea every morning. Tea has L-theanine, maybe there's something to this. Thanks. On a related noted, I urge you to Google "thiamin protocol stuttering". There is a theory that stuttering is literally a thiamin (vitamin b1) deficiency that instantly cures about 1 in 3 stutterers when reversed. Coffee has tanins that deplete b1, be careful!
