I think I do pretty decently at interviews. Sometimes I do really well if I feel like the interviewer is approachable and friendly. On the other hand, when the interviewer is serious I do noticeably worse. While the aforementioned does play a factor, what I find helps is to just watch some funny videos or read something funny while I wait. To just ease my nerves before going in. During presentations and interviews, having some sort of charisma is usually good. So what I do is try and appear confident even when I have stuttering blocks. Smile more and when you’re stuck on a question, just admit it and ask for some time to consider the question or to rephrase the question.
