Hello! This the right sub for Speech Blocking?

Hello! This the right sub for Speech Blocking? Was just curious, I rarely stutter, but have speech blocking issues where when I get nervous it's like there's a ball in my throat and nothing comes out. I feel like it's more rare than a stutter, but equally as embarrassing. I'd love to find a subreddit where I can relate with people like me. Is this the right place or can someone direct me to the speech blocking subreddit lol? Thanks in advance.
